3. Copy of the latest Bill
4. Copy of the latest paid receipt
5. Consent letter to transfer the deposit

Application Fee : You have to make payment of ₹100 in case of LT service or ₹500 in case of HT service at the CESC Sub-division office and submit the following documents.
(a) Indemnity bond on ₹100 bond paper as per the format Annexure-09 of KERC, condition of supply of electricity.
(b) Agreement on ₹200 bond paper as per the format Annexure-07 in case of LT and Annexure-06 in case of HT installation.

Procedure for applying:
1. Applicant fills the form and registers a request for Load Change
2. Department will process the application & applicant has to make payment of ₹100 in case of LT service or ₹200 in case of HT service at the CESC Sub-division office and submit the following documents.
(a) Agreement on ₹200 bond paper as per the format Annexure-07 in case of LT and Annexure-06 in case of HT installation.
(b) Completion/Test Report in the prescribed format obtained from the Licensed Electrical Contractor along with wiring diagram.
3. Applicant will receive information when the service is complete
