3 . JOINT PHOTOGRAPHS OF 2B SIZE
4 . AGE PROOF – both
5 . ADDRESS PROOF – both
6 . WEDDING CARD
Application Fee :
1. For Certified copies
a. for every certified copy of marriage memorandum and identity slip, if any Rs.10
b. For every certified copy of application of form VII Rs.10
c. For every certified copy of order of refusal to file memorandum of marriage by Registrar. Rs.10
2. Miscellaneous
a. For every application presented to the Registrar. Rs.10
b. For every search of a marriage memorandum. Rs.10 per year
Service Charge (Free for Online Submission) : Certificate Fee each – Rs.10 + Scanning Fee
Delivery Time (Days) : 3 days
Procedure for applying:
1) Parties present before Marriage officer(MO) along with duly filled Application, Memorandum and other relevant documents.
2) Marriage officer will scrutinize the documents.
3) Bride and Bride groom present before Dealing assistant and sign the declaration form.
4) Pay scanning fee and marriage fee as applicable.
5) Marriage officer issues the certificate with Seal and signature.
6) Parties sign on acknowledgement and collect Marriage certificate.
