2. FORM NO 1 AS PRESCRIBED UNDER RULE
3 OF KARNATAKA STAMPS PREVENTION UNDER VALUATION RULES 19773. RTC OF THE LAND TO BE REGISTERED ISSUED 15 DAYS PRIOR TO PRESENTATION OF DOCUMENT IN CASE OF AGRICULTURE LAND
4. IN CASE OF AGRICULTURE LAND DECLARATION UNDER SECTION 81 A OF KARNATAKA LAND REFORMS ACT 1961
5.In case of agriculture land Permission or no objection certificate from the competent authority under section 6 of prevention of transfer of certain lands granted to SC ST Act 1978
6.IN CASE OF AGRICULTURE LAND SURVEY SKETCH AS PER FARM 11 E RED WILL RULE 46 H UNDER SECTION 131 OF KARNATAKA LAND REVENUE ACT 1964
7.Permanent account number or farm 60 or 61 where value of the property transferred exceeds more than five lakhs
8.In case non agriculture property Khata extract in case of BBMP Corporation CMC TMC Town Panchayat Gram Panchayat
9. In case non agriculture property Conversion order of the agriculture land for the non agriculture purpose along with khata and Tax assessment issued by the competed authority or approved layout plan by the competed authority
10.Grant certificates or possession certificate or sale certificate where Sites granted by Government or any authority or Departmen
Application Fee : 1percent Advalorem with a minimum of Rs.100
Service Charge (Free for Online Submission) : SD – 5% + ser charge | RF – 1% on the market Value
Delivery Time (Days) : 1 day
Procedure for applying:
1 Applicant has shall present the document to the Sub-Registrar along with the required records as per Govt Circular No.RD344 MuNoMu 2008 Date 06 April 2009 2 After scrutiny document will be issued to data entry operator for makeing the Data Entry and Capturing Photos and Thumb Impression of the Parties to the Document, Then signature of the parties will be obtained on the registration endorsement along with the signatures of the identifying witnesses 3 Document will be signed by the sub registrar and Office seal will affixed 4 Document will be scanned and saved 5 Document will be Delivered to the presentant
