1. Readmission Letter from College Principal
2. Shortage of attendance list sent by the Registrar(Eval.) duly signed by the Principal
3. Permission letter for temporary discontinuation issued by Principal/ University (Temporary discontinuation)
4. Rejection of Results form
Application Fee : Based on the University selected, the fees will be charged
Service Charge (Free for Online Submission) : NA
