1. Sale Deed
2. Agreement
3. Copy of the latest Bill
4. Copy of the latest paid receipt
5. Consent letter to transfer the deposit

Application Fee :
You have to make payment of Rs.100 in case of LT service or Rs.500 in case of HT service at the GESCOM Sub-division office and submit the following documents.
(a) Indemnity bond on Rs.100 bond paper as per the format Annexure-09 of KERC, condition of supply of electricity.
(b) Agreement on Rs.200 bond paper as per the format Annexure-07 in case of LT and Annexure-06 in case of HT installation.

Procedure for applying:
1.Applicant fills the form and registers a request for Name Change
2. Department will process the application & applicant has to make payment of Rs.100 in case of LT service or Rs.500 in case of HT service at the GESCOM Sub-division office and submit the following documents.

(b) Agreement on Rs.200 bond paper as per the format Annexure-07 in case of LT and Annexure-06 in case of HT installation.
