1. Copy of IT/BT/KESDM/AVGC Registration Certificate*
2. Copy of Khata / lease agreement for the land and building in occupation*
3. First Sale Invoice*
4. ESCOMs power sanction letter and latest service letter with R.R. No. and date*
5. Copies of the latest 3 months electricity bills with receipt
6.Self Declaration Form*
Application Fee : To be decided by Department
Service Charge (Free for Online Submission) : Rs.100
Delivery Time (Days) : 30

1.Applicant needs to submit the appication
