Eligibility: People Below Poverty line / Family income of Below Rs/-20,000 Per Annum. Age above 65 years

8.Husband’s Death Certificate

Procedure for applying:
1. Applicant logs into Seva Sindhu portal or approaches CSC operator.
2. Applicant/CSC Operator provides the user credentials
3. Applicant submits the application on Seva Sindhu portal/CSC Operator submits on behalf of applicant, along with necessary supporting documents and makes the payment for the service.
4. The approving authority approves and applicant collects the digitally signed certificate or the approving authority rejects and applicant collects the endorsement stating reasons for rejection
