3. Notarized copy of PAN card
4. Notarized copy of EPF registration with latest paid challan
5. Indemnity Bond in Rs.100 Stamp paper (Affidavit)
6. Notarized copy of GST registration
7. Blacklist Document
Application Fee : { Rs 100+10000 for Category Ia, Rs 100+5000 for Category Ib, Rs 100+2000 for Category II, Rs 100+1000 for Category III } + 18% GST
